Good Practice yesterday the Radios work wonders !!! We moved faster and more often so that tells the old man a lot . We really don't need them when we are at home but we do need to keep in habbit of useing them on field to keep us knowing what the next man can see and what the next move is going to be .

I am absolutly 100% not missing the next game in the valley, money has been super tight over these past couple of months, and with the move to Saluda and getting settled in, I haven't had the ability to play. It was another Great sunday in the Valley Hope everyone had a good day cause i did 22 players in total . It was not as stressfull as the last time we had twenty plus and i think everyone had a blast let me know How yall feel about it .

OOOOOOO now that you have a speedball field you want to talk on the field i been trying to get you guys to do that for the past year some were listening and guess some were not

good, good... oh and for all u speedballers out there...i have already told tracey, but the speedball team HAS to COMMUNICATE ON THE FIELD not trying to sound like a smart ass but it is a vital part of speedball and we need to know how to do it fast and accurate
